May I thank the company very much for the exemplary service which we have received regarding this order. The shed base ( ordered long after the shed itself) arrived this morning 30 minutes or so before your lorry arrived with the shed on! Your shed delivery driver was pleasant and helpful despite being given an almost impossible delivery address on the mobile home site where we have silly numbering and impossibly narrow roads. I would also like to express our thanks to Dawn in your transport office. She has a delightful telephone manner and took a lot of trouble to help us find out what time the shed would be delivered. Dear “StoreMore”, What wonderful service! – something we’re all unused to these days sadly. I phoned on Friday having broken a glider on my husband’s shed door – he’s in Iraq, and is home in 3 weeks, so I was desperate to fix it before he got back!!.
