At Shed Baron, we are totally dedicated to delivering customer satisfaction, backed up by a high level of service and technical assistance.
Orders for timber, metal, vinyl and plastic sheds and cabinets are accepted at Shed Baron on the basis of pre-payment by cheque, or by giving a credit / debit card number for the full amount of the purchase. We accept all major cards (except American Express)
All prices advertised on the Shed Baron site include VAT at 17.5% and delivery to most destinations on the UK mainland. Deliveries of certain product groups to Scottish destinations above the Glasgow and Edinburgh post code areas may be subject to delivery surcharges, please enquire.
Upon receipt of an order Shed Baron will send a written confirmation to you, with an estimated ‘week commencing’ delivery date. This confirmation will advise you that you will be contacted during the week prior to that specified date to advise an exact day of delivery, with an estimate of an AM or PM delivery slot. Specific delivery arrangements can be made at this point with our logistics staff, and no unreasonable special delivery request will be refused if it is at all possible for us to accommodate you.
You will also find on your confirmation full details and specification of the shed you have ordered. Please read this information carefully, to ensure that what you have ordered is suitable and correctly sized for your intended use, as corrections or cancellations can be made easily at this point at no cost to yourselves.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before despatch without any charge.
Any orders cancelled after goods have left the warehouse will be subject to a freight charge equivalent to the full outward and return freight costs. In this case, goods must be returned undamaged, in original condition, and in the original packaging material.
No return of goods will be accepted if any part of the building has been assembled, either fully or partly, unless the reason for return is due to Shed Baron despatching the incorrect goods, or a major fault being identified with the product. In the latter event, Shed Baron must be given the opportunity to identify and rectify the fault before return is authorised.
IMPORTANT:
Please inspect and check you purchase immediately on receipt of the goods .
In the unlikely event of any missing or damaged parts problems, Shed Baron must be notified within five working days of receipt, and replacements will be despatched by fast courier free of charge. Any requests after that time will be subject to a charge.
